Seneca Lake 2020
Seneca Lake 2020 is almost here! It is amazing how quickly the end of school and summer are approaching! Join IGNITE Student Ministries at Seneca Lake for the 2020 youth camp we focus on the theme of Mystery. Seneca Lake is one of the highlights of the summer for many students each year. It is an exciting time where students grow deeper in their faith and also build lasting relationships with others as they get to live for a week with them. Students every year state how much it has impacted them. It is a trip that you will not want to miss.
Here are some important details that you need to be aware of if you are interested in going on this trip!
Where we are going: Seneca Lake Baptist Assembly 55819 Skyline Dr Senecaville , OH
When: Monday, July 13th to Friday, July 17th
Cost: $40 Deposit for all students; $175 for students who place a deposit on or before May 17th; $185 for students who place a deposit after May 17th. Total cost is minus the deposit.
Who: Anyone going into grade 6 through any graduated seniors.
**Please Note: Students are required to participate in the Talent Show (you can help in other ways and do not have to be on stage), Spaghetti Dinner, and Youth Sunday. Students and Parents are also required to be at both mandatory meetings. If for some reason you cannot be at any of these events or meetings, you are responsible for contacting Pastor Rocky Taylor or Benjamin Craig to inform them. Failure to do so may result in being unable to attend Seneca Lake in 2019.
What important dates do I need to be aware of leading up to the trip? What a Great Question!
Sunday, March 1st @8:30pm - First Parent Meeting; Registration opens and deposits are accepted for anyone who attends the meeting.
Friday, April 17th from 5-9pm - Talent Show (Begins @7pm with a practice beforehand) - Please note, as of 1/12/2020 the audition times and additional rehersal times are still being established. More information will be avalible no later than March 1st at the parent meeting and then will be posted here on the website as well.
Sunday, May 17th - Deposit Deadline for Early Bird Pricing
Sunday, May 17th - Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser from 12pm-2pm
Sunday, June 14th - Registration Deadline - Final Day for Registrations and Deposits
Sunday, June 28th or Sunday, July 5th - Final Mandatory Parent/Student Meeting - Total Balance Due
In order to register you need the registration link provided to you in your packet that you recieved at the parent meeting. You will not be able to register without first attending a parent meeting. If you cannot make the March 1st Parent meeting, it is your responsibility to reach out to Pastor Rocky Taylor or Benjamin Craig to reschedule one that you can attend.
